This three drawer warmer features a special angled thermostat knob and indicator light that’s less susceptible to damage and unintentional disruption. The warmer’s thermostat adjusts from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal results no matter what you are holding. A holding temperature gauge permits easy monitoring of inside air temperature.

The Alto-Shaam 500-3D triple drawer warmer features a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior with a removable 16 gauge stainless steel drawer rail support in each drawer. 240V electrical connection is required for operation.
